Scope of Services and Customer Obligations

DHS CLOUD SERVICES provides a suite of cloud-based solutions including Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), Forex Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and other tailored hosting solutions. Customers must ensure their use of services adheres to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and DHS CLOUD SERVICES’ Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse, such as unauthorized access, spamming, or hosting malicious content, may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

Limited Warranty; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification

All services are offered "as-is" and "as-available." DHS CLOUD SERVICES makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or error-free performance. Under no circumstances shall DHS CLOUD SERVICES be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DHS CLOUD SERVICES from any and all claims arising from their use of the services.

Payment of Fees

Clients are required to remit payment for selected services using authorized payment channels. Invoices must be paid on time to avoid account suspension. Failure to settle dues within the payment period will result in service interruption or termination, and accounts may be handed over to a collection agency.

Termination and Cancellation

DHS CLOUD SERVICES reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for policy violations, payment failures, or illegal activities. Customers can cancel services through the customer control panel, effective at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

Miscellaneous

This agreement represents the entire contract between DHS CLOUD SERVICES and the client. Any amendments must be in writing and acknowledged by both parties. If any provision is found unenforceable, it does not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms.

By accessing DHSCloudServices.com, users agree not to engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or misuse the website or its contents. Unauthorized access, scraping, reverse-engineering, or reproduction of materials is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by DHS CLOUD SERVICES or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Service-level-agreement

Uptime Commitment

DHS CLOUD SERVICES commits to a 99.9% uptime per calendar month. Exceptions include scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control such as natural disasters or DDoS attacks.

Support Availability

Technical support is available 24/7 through our live chat, email, and ticket system. Account management and billing inquiries are handled during business hours.

Response Times

  • Critical issues (e.g., service outage): < 1 hour response time

  • General support: < 6 hours response time

    • Our experts will first address the issue, then provide you with a specified timeline that depends upon the requirement of the service offered.

Compensation for Downtime

If uptime falls below our commitment, affected clients may request service credits. Compensation is determined case-by-case based on the duration, severity of the issue, and the cause for the downtime.

Storing, distributing, or hosting any type of computer viruses, trojans, or malicious software on our infrastructure is not allowed.

Non-disclosure-agreement

Confidential Information

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business processes, proprietary software, and client data shared during service engagement. Both parties agree not to disclose such information to unauthorized persons.

Obligations of Receiving Party

The receiving party must:

  • Use confidential information solely for the intended purpose

  • Prevent unauthorized disclosure or access

  • Notify the disclosing party in case of breach or legal request

Duration

The NDA remains in effect throughout the business relationship, until the service is active, unless otherwise agreed.

We investigate all abuse reports. If verified, the account may be suspended or terminated without notice. Serious violations may be reported to legal authorities.

While we value privacy, certain services may require identity verification for legal or security reasons. Refusal to provide valid documentation may restrict access.

Only with customer consent. All stored cardholder information is encrypted and handled under strict PCI-DSS compliance.
