DHS CLOUD SERVICES adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Identity verification may be requested before or during service provision. Failure to comply may result in denied service access or account termination.
We collect only necessary information to deliver and support services. DHS CLOUD SERVICES does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Clients may request data deletion or access at any time by contacting our support team.
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
Services not delivered post payment within the specified timeframe (the timeline depends on the services you choose, our experts will inform you about the same)
Service performance significantly deviates from advertised features
Technical issues that remain unresolved despite escalation
Services that have been successfully provisioned (e.g., RDP/VPS credentials delivered)
Accounts terminated due to Acceptable Use Policy violations
Customized or promotional offers
All services are usually delivered as per given timeline upon successful payment verification (usually depends on the service you opt for). However, delays may occur during high-volume periods, which will be communicated.
To initiate a refund, clients must submit a support ticket within 7 days of the initial purchase. Provide service ID, payment details, and a clear reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed within 30 business days.
Clients are prohibited from using our services to:
Promote or distribute terrorist or extremist content
Launch DDoS attacks or exploit system vulnerabilities
Host pirated, unlicensed, or illegal software
Violate intellectual property rights or engage in fraud
Distribute malware or participate in phishing scams
Violations will lead to immediate service suspension or termination. DHS CLOUD SERVICES may report serious infractions to law enforcement agencies. Repeat offenses result in a permanent ban from using our services.
